学校概况

源远流长

　　华阳实小历来重视师资队伍建设,力求以教师的高素质实现教育的高质量,通过多种途径和方式,努力提升教师业务素质,并推进了一支由特级教师、学科带头人组成的骨干教师队伍。学校现有教职工137人，其中小学高级教师76人，专任教师专科化程度已达90%，拥有四川省特级教师1人，市、县学科带头人12人，市、县优秀教师40人。可以说，这是一支精诚团结、业务精良的队伍，这是一支大胆改革、锐意进取的队伍。华阳实小人正像一颗颗璀璨的星星，互相辉映，光彩夺目！

　　HuaYang experiment Primary School sticks to the undertaking of "Advance school by scientific research, focus on research and application, educate students through research tasks". Research, in full scale, is being caied out concerning school management, curriculum, teacher training, classroom teaching and cultivation of students' specialty, combined with special subject research, regular teaching research and educational task research as well as improvement of the teaching staff. As a result, both teachers and students benefit greatly from the practice.

More importantly, it strengthens the construction and development of the school. In recent years, HYEPS has engaged in more than ten tasks of national, provincial, municipal and county level, among which six tasks have been successfully accomplished. The municipal level tasks of "Evaluation of classroom teaching in primary school" and "Survey on the growth of young teachers" have won the second in the first and second ChengDu teaching Achievements Aard and the third in the first and the second Sichuan Teaching Achievements Award respecibely
